CDD-Our First Day! :)

Hey it’s Kirsten here, we thought we would share pictures of our first day at camp. We are having so much fun, and we are meeting so many cool girls her at CDD! 🙂 Well here are some pictures from day one at Camp Doll Diaries! 🙂

Our cabin BEFORE we were unpacked! What a mess!  Sammy is always the first to unpack, I had to take a photo of Felicity actually working! hahaha! 🙂

And….we are finally unpacked! 🙂 That was basically our first day here at camp, because we didn’t do much because of traveling into camp. We unpacked ate, and did our first camp activity: The Flag lowering and campfire! 🙂

Felicity’s 12th Birthday!

Hey Gals, Felicity here! Some of you may know my Birthday was yesterday (the 21st) and when I got back from Cheer leading with with Samantha…they had a party set up! ahhhh! Mom took some photos, and she was there while they set up, so she will take over the post from here! 🙂

“Sammy! You’re home! Where is Felicity?” Kirsten Asked

“In the Kitchen, where else?!” Sammy replied.

Sammy went over and sat down. “NO! Don’t sit there Sammy!” Kirsten told her, “That chair is for the Birthday girl!”
“SHHH!!! SHE”S COMING KIRSTEN!!!” Sammy “whispered”, as they ran across the room to stand near the present table!

“SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” They both yelled when she walked in the room! She was so surprised, she had no idea we were throwing her a little party! 🙂

Look at all those presents! 🙂

“Here Felicity, sit here!” Kirsten said as she guided her to the special “Birthday Girl Chair”.

“Here, read my card and open my present first!” Sammy said as she handed her her card.

After she read the card, she opened the present. Inside was a pretty bracelet!

“OH! It’s so pretty! Thank you Sammy!”
“You’re Welcome! I made it just for YOU!” Sammy replied.

Then Felicity hugged Sammy! ♥

Then she read Kirsten’s card!

Then she read Kirsten’s card, and opened her present!

Ooooo….lip gloss and nail polish! (don’t worry, I am not going to actually put it on my doll! 😉 )

Then she opened my Present….and found out her special announcement! You all voted and I am taking Felicity to the Beach with me in May! Thought I would tell her on her Birthday! Surprise! 😀

“WE”RE GOING TO THE BEACH!!! OH MY GOSH, I HAVE NEVER BEEN!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!” She squealed as she gave me a big hug! ♥

Then she opened my present and found a swimsuit to take to the beach! She LOVES it, and can’t wait to go and wear it! 🙂

Then the last Present was a sleeping bag to take to the beach, and for camp later this summer! 🙂

Kirsten really liked it too! And pretended to be “asleep” haha! 🙂

Happy Birthday to my oldest “girl” Felicity! Although Kirsten isn’t too far behind! Enjoy being 12 Lissie–Girl! ♥

Yeah….this is just a random post! :)

Hey everyone! And how are you all doing on this fine springtime afternoon? Well it’s springtime where I live! 🙂

So this isn’t AG related but I love Disney Princess movies! And one of my all time favorites is TANGLED! ❤

I was bored on Sunday afternoon and so I drew the Tangled sun… See?? 😀

My BFF and I are obsessed with the song- “Something That I want!”  it’s “Our song” LOL! WE watch the movie every time we see each other! (Which isn’t that often because she lives really far away 😉 )

Quick question for all of you- Does your BFF and you have a movie that you watch all the time, and do you have a special song that reminds you of them? 

Sorry for the randomness, I am just bored, and missing my BFF! But I get to see her in a little less than 2 months, plus I think I am going to call her tonight! hehe! 🙂 Since this is an American Girl Blog…I should have some AG related something on here:

Whats coming up in April?

Hey! I have some really exciting news! I have tons of new ideas, I will be trying them out coming in April, and if you girls like it then I will keep them! 

Okay so what is coming?

Saturdays: Caption The Doll Picture! On Saturdays I will post a picture for you all to caption!

Sundays:  Totally Sammy! So on Sundays, Samantha will have a segment called: Totally Sammy! Where she will write about her week, funny things, photos, anything that runs through that dolly’s mind! (Oh gee, what are we in for!?!)

Mondays: Vote for you favorite Caption That doll Pic. Caption! and Monday Challenge! What is Monday Challenge? Well, I will post a category, or a funny caption, and you all have to send in pictures of your dolls acting out that category! And on Saturdays the winning Photo will be posted! 🙂

Tuesdays: I don’t have any ideas for Tuesdays…YET! 😀

Wednesdays: Caption That Doll Pic. Winner Announcement!

Thursdays: Kirsten’s Krazy Thursday! same kind of thing as Totally Sammy. Just by Kirsten! 🙂

Hey Gals, sorry I didn’t post yesterday! I was cleaning and re-arranging my furniture in my room! It feels so good to have an organized room, although…I HATE CLEANING! But I know that it is worth it in the end! 🙂

Exciting (non, but semi doll related) News for Me! :)

Okay, So I am not sure if I have posted anything about this on here, yet. But I am now! I am going on Vacation to the beach in May (I am not going to say which week or which beach until after I am back for safety reasons! 😉 ) But that isn’t the only exciting part, my Best Friend get s to come too! I am so excited, I don’t get to see her much because she lives in a different state, and the trip is about 3+ hours! I only get to see her 1-3 times a year, we were thinking we weren’t going to get to see each other until August, but when my family booked our beach house, the room I am going to stay in has two sets of bunk beds, so I asked my mom if my BFF could come, she talked to all my family that is coming, and they all thought it would be great if she could come! So my mom called my BFF’s mom and asked her if she could come. I waited for almost three weeks to see if the answer was YES! And It Was!!! and I even talked to my BFF in between and I wasn’t allowed to say a word about it! 🙂 Now we are counting down the days until we can see each other! And the BEST part, my brothers are riding down with their friend, so it is just my Bff, me, and my parents that are driving to the beach, won’t that be nice? Sorry I rambled, I am just SO excited!!!!! 😀

Oh, and my BFF got Samantha for Christmas, and she doesn’t have any clothes for her, (besides the meet dress!) so I am making her some clothes as a surprise, so far I have made her a skirt, and a swimsuit, I also made a swimsuit for my doll that I am taking (Which will be Felicity!) :

Do you like them? I used the Liberty Jane Pattern, although I changed it a little bit, because I didn’t have fold over elastic, and I hand sewed it all, I prefer hand sewing for small projects! 🙂

Can you tell I am excited, I have to try to get all of my school work done before vacation. and my BFF won’t be allowed to come unless she finishes by the end of April. Please pray that we can do it! 🙂 Thanks Gals!
